Over the last three years your maintenance contract has kept your Globus solution on the leading edge of technology by enabling us to invest in:

• Expansion of our development team from three to seven highly skilled software experts


• Development of the Globus Service Bus, state-of-the-art software for integrating virtually all existing software in your company utilizing technology like XML, SOAP and Web Services


• New releases of Globus Tours and Rental, including the upcoming release of Alpha Centauri

With a new software version on the way we believe it is time to upgrade our maintenance contracts to keep pace with changes in the IT world and your requirements. As a result, we have developed a new "Service Delivery Agreement" that will replace your existing Maintenance Contract. You will be contacted personally by a Globus representative to discuss the changes to your agreement.
